We have a complete smoke house with commercial vac packers to smoke two salmon per person per week. The fish are cleaned, smoked, packaged and packed into wetlock boxes for guests at no additional cost. All guests are sent home with a 50 lb box of salmon in any combination of frozen, filleted and smoked that they choose.
